Every individual has different personal requirements for health and well being.
I have 16 years worth of experience in the fitness and well-being industry and offer a range of different tailor made holistic massage therapies.

All forms of massage will benefit your overall wellbeing.

Deep Tissue and Sports massages will benefit you by improving the recovery time of sore, tired or injured muscles.
Other massages are beneficial to help destress the mind and body.

I have severe osteoarthritis in both hips. The work Antony has done both in the gym and on the massage table have worked wonders. No, it hasn't cured the hip problem, obviously that's for the Surgeon but, what it has done is relieved the pain to a manageable level. Antony is very good and understanding of my needs.

Antony has been my personal trainer for many years now. He motivates me to exercise to the best of my ability in between our sessions as well as under his tutelage. He is very knowledgeable about how our muscles, joints and interconnecting tissues work and has always had the solution to various issues I have had, either using the correct form of exercises or by the use of massage. He is very skilled in sports massage, and I mean PROPER sports massage, although he will tone it down for you if necessary! I have recently had a knee joint replacement and Antony has supervised my rehab and been very encouraging and helpful. Highly recommended.

Antony has a sound knowledge of all the different muscles and how best to help with both massage and stretching exercises. I had a really bad back due to picking up some heavy boxes and a few massages really helped me. I am now part of Antony's stretching class which makes a huge difference with keeping aches and pains at bay.
